Once you receive your customized diploma frame, installation of your diploma is a snap, and comes with easy to follow instructions, as well as acid-free tape to mount your diploma. Q: Can I get a matching frame for another diploma or certificate I received from another school?
A: You sure can. Go to custom frames or call us at 800-633-0579.

Q: How are your frames different from competition?
A: PFC is a small company, made up of some of the most talented artists and craftsmen in the industry. We do not cut corners or use inferior materials that can hurt your diploma. Our frames are built to last generations, not just a few years. And the passion shows in every frame. We offer a wide array of frame and mat styles, and we are flexible enough to make for you any size or design you can dream up. We are the only company in the industry to offer UV protection glass exclusively on every frame to protect your investment from sunlight AND harmful, indoor fluorescent and incandescent light. We are shocked that our competitors will build diploma frames without it. Some of the products offered are gold embossing, 100% archival matting and backboard, matching frames for other certificates and awards, 24K gold plated medallions, graduation tassel holders, 3-D Mascot cut outs, 3-D Campus Collages, pen & ink water colors of school landmarks, suede matting and numerous other products and services.

Q: Can I choose different mat colors?
A: Certainly! You can start by going to the custom section of our online store or call us directly at 800-633-0579 to place your order.

Q: Can I purchase a different frame style and mat?
A: Yes, you can mix and match different frame styles with any mat design and color you like. To do this, you can go to the custom section of the online store or call Professional Framing Company directly at 800-633-0579.

Q: How will my frame be shipped?
A: We use USPS Priority to ship your frame any where in the world.   Expedited and international shipping are available (additional shipping charges will apply). Please call for quote.

Q: How long before I get my frame?
A: We usually ship 2-10 business days after the receipt of your order. Please note that turn-around time may be up to 3 weeks during our high-volume graduation months that include March, April, May, October, November and December. Also note, due to nationwide shortages, shipments may be delayed up to 3 weeks or longer.  If there is a longer delay, we will let you know.  Feel free to contact us at info@professionalframing.com with any questions or concerns you may have.  If you need a guaranteed earlier delivery, please be sure to select the $35 RUSH option at checkout and your frame will ship in 2-3 business days.  Please note that production is closed the week of July 4th and the last week of the year for a well deserved vacation after the rush seasons and for equipment maintenance.

Checking on the status of your order? You can chat with us here or at the bottom right of your screen and give us the name of the person it is shipping to. If a representative is not currently available, you will receive a response immediately upon their return.

Q: What do I do if I receive my frame damaged?
A: Although all frames are packaged to meet or exceed the shipping standards, as with any fragile item, there is a chance of damage. If your frame is damaged in transit, we will ship replacement parts or have another one built for you right away if the frame is completely destroyed in shipment.  Simply contact us and we'll get you taken care of. All damages MUST be reported to us within 14 days as there are limitations for damage claims required by USPS and pictures of the damaged frame and box are required.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: You have 60 days to return your frame to us for any reason - no questions asked.  Simply contact us and we will send you instructions for packing up your frame.  All returns MUST be received in resalable condition. Make sure that you put insurance on your frame when you return it.  If the frame is damaged, lost or destroyed in shipment, you may file a claim and get reimbursed.

Q: Which are your best selling frames?
A: 1- Rosewood, 2-Mahogany Braid, 3-Cherry Lacquer, 4-Rosewood with Gold Lip, 5-Cherry Reverse. However, style choice is entirely up to the individual buyer's preference.

Q: What features are included in a standard frame?
A: A single or double archival mat and backboard is included, with school name and seal embossed in gold leaf and our high quality framing glass. A dust cover board is added for extra protection and a saw tooth hook used for hanging.

Q: Which size diploma frame do most customers prefer?
A: Actual frame size is a function of the diploma itself, which is determined by the administration. However, optional choices such as tassel holder opening, double opening, 24K gold plated medallion, and 3-D mascot cutout are individual choices that can be easily added.

Q: What type of wood are the frames made out of?
A: Our frames are made from either Ramon (hardwood) or Jeltong wood that are harvested then milled and stained in Italy to achieve the highest quality finish. We do offer a variety of styles that are supplied by different vendors and the type of wood used for their mouldings is unavailable to us. All wood used in production of our frames are farm grown - not from the rain forest. We pride ourselves in helping preserve our rain forest.
