What are your thoughts?  Where do the thoughts come from, meaning are you focusing on the past or a future event?  Does the thought make you happy, sad, mad or angry?

Perhaps you would like to get a pad and every time you feel an emotion, look at the thought proceeding the emotion and write it down.  Check to see if a pattern is forming.
